Storm damage help from your side
After wind or hail moves through the Mid-South, the knock on your door is usually a stranger chasing storms. We are the opposite: a Memphis family company that will tell you honestly whether your roof has a claim worth filing.
Our storm work starts with documentation: a free inspection that photographs every impact, crease, and missing shingle. If the damage justifies a claim, we help you through it, meeting your insurance adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed. If it does not justify a claim, we tell you that too, before you spend your deductible on a repair we could do for less.
When a roof is open to the sky, we tarp and stabilize it to stop further damage while the claim and the repair get sorted. Every repair carries our 1 year labor warranty, and full storm replacements carry the same 3 year workmanship warranty and certified manufacturer coverage as any roof we build.

Should I file an insurance claim for my roof?
Not always. Filing has consequences, and small damage can cost less to repair than your deductible. Our free inspection gives you an honest read before you call your carrier.
Will you meet my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We meet the adjuster on your roof with our documentation so the claim reflects everything the storm actually did.
My roof is leaking right now. What do I do?
Call us at (901) 444-1231. We tarp and stabilize storm-damaged roofs to stop further damage while the permanent repair gets scheduled.
Are you storm chasers?
No. We are a family-owned Memphis company, in business here since 2018, with a Poplar Ave office you can visit and warranties we register locally. We will still be here long after the storm season ends.
