Started in 2018, built on repeat customers

Jaime and Chris Byram founded James Russell Roofing & Restorations on September 19, 2018 with a simple idea: treat every home with equal respect, whether it is a high-end estate or a modest house, and fix it right the first time. Seven years and more than 500 documented projects later, that is still how the company runs.

We are a roofing company first, but the "Restorations" in our name is not decoration. When a storm puts a tree through a roof, the damage rarely stops at the shingles. Our crews handle the roof, the drywall, the paint, and the trim, so one licensed, insured company is accountable for the whole repair.

We work out of one office at 6584 Poplar Ave, Floor 2, Memphis, and our crews travel to twenty-one communities across Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Lauderdale, and Haywood counties in Tennessee plus DeSoto County, Mississippi. We protect your landscaping and property during every job, and we register every manufacturer warranty for the customer ourselves, which is rare in this industry.
