Home repairs inside and out run under our TN Home Improvement Contractor license #12180, which means one accountable company instead of a different handyman for every trade. Because we are roofers first, we are especially good at the repairs that start with water: tracing a stain back to its source and fixing the cause along with the symptom.
Real estate agents and sellers use us for home inspection repair work: we complete the inspector's list, provide documentation for the closing file, and can add a roof certification letter when the deal needs one.

Do you handle home inspection repair lists?
Yes, that is a specialty. We complete the flagged items, document the work for the closing file, and can provide a roof certification letter if the transaction calls for one.
Is there a job too small?
No. The same crews that replace whole roofs handle small repairs, and a small job gets the same respect as a large one. That is a company rule.
Are your repairs warrantied?
Yes, repairs carry our 1 year labor warranty.
Are you licensed and insured for interior work?
Yes. TN Home Improvement Contractor license #12180 covers interior and exterior work, and we carry full insurance.
