Why we're building this
Jaime and Chris are open about why they are growing James Russell Roofing, and it is not just more roofs. The long-term goal is a company strong enough to give back: free roof replacements for families in Memphis poverty areas who could never afford one. Every job you hire us for moves that goal forward.
That commitment reaches into some of the hardest seasons a family can face, too. In honor of Jaime's mother, we have pledged a donation to a Baptist Cancer Center fund supporting education on screening and early detection, and resources for colon cancer patients and their loved ones. A company that only shows up for the invoice is not the company we set out to build.
